Happy! Samarinda Polytani Plantation Product Technology Study Program Achieves Accredited Status
Samarinda, April 23 2026 - The Independent Accreditation Institute for Engineering Study Programs (LAM Teknik) has officially determined the accreditation status for the Plantation Products Technology Study Program (THP) Diploma Three Program, Samarinda State Agricultural Polytechnic. Based on Decree Number 0159/SK/LAM Teknik/VD3/IV/2026, the THP study program was declared accredited with a score of 312.

This decision is the result of a series of comprehensive assessment processes, including document evaluation, higher education tridharma performance, and field assessments by a team of assessors. The assessment was carried out by two assessors, namely Haolia Rahman, Ph.D and Prof. Dr. Ir. Musthofa Lutfi, M.P., IPM, who has assessed various aspects of the quality of education implementation in the THP Study Program.

This accreditation status is valid for five years, starting from 21 April 2026 to 20 April 2031, as stated in the accreditation certificate issued by the Indonesian Engineers Association (PII) through LAM Teknik.

This achievement is proof of the Samarinda State Agricultural Polytechnic's commitment to improving the quality of vocational education, especially in the field of plantation product technology. An accreditation score of 312 indicates that the THP Study Program has met the quality standards for higher education set nationally, both in terms of curriculum, human resources, facilities and educational outcomes.

The director and the entire academic community expressed their appreciation to the form preparation team, lecturers, education staff, students, alumni and industry partners who have contributed to this accreditation process. In the future, it is hoped that this achievement will be a motivation to continue to improve the quality of learning, applied research and community service.

By achieving this accredited status, the Plantation Products Technology Study Program has further strengthened its position as a superior study program capable of producing graduates who are competent, ready to work, and adaptive to the needs of the plantation and agro-industry industry at national and global levels.
