In his presentation, the resource person conveyed that the Link and Match Program is a policy of the Ministry of Education and Culture developed to increase the relevance of the world of education to the needs of the world of work, especially for industry.

The link and match program aims to bridge the suitability of the competence of the workforce with the needs of the labor market. It was further stated that an industry must have land, gardens, and factories and adequate supporting facilities, sufficient funds as well as a good organizational and management system, because labor intensive requires a lot of human resources with various competencies, but limited education & training facilities. , do not have sufficient teaching staff, training costs are expensive if held alone and do not have special competencies to develop education and training programs. he said.

The problem at this time is the low capacity of human resources, lack of dedication to work, weak understanding as a Planter and weak business management system, even though the company needs and expects human resources who have skills, have strong motivation, have a strong planter spirit capable of leading a sustainable business. . The hope is that efforts are needed to accelerate human development and work culture at all levels. Obviously Rusli. (Humas/AL).
