Samarinda Politani Implement SKB CPNS Kemendikbudristek Formation in 2021

The State Agricultural Polytechnic (Politani Samarinda) was appointed as the executor of the Field Competency Selection stage for CPNS Kemendikbudristek for the 2021 formation at the Computer Laboratory for 3 days starting from 8-10 December 2021. This selection was carried out virtually using a video conference application (Zoom Meeting) , following the directions that have been set from the center.  The Field Competency Selection (SKB) interviews and/or teaching practice tests (microteaching) should be scheduled to be held on 7, 8, 9 and 10 December 2021. However, due to technical problems with the Ministry of Education and Technology's CPNS SKB system on 7 December 2021, on the basis of the direction of the Central Committee of the Ministry of Education and Culture, the implementation of the selection on that date was postponed and rescheduled.  A total of 42 participants for the CPNS selection from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology at the Politani Samarinda in 2021, took part in the Field Competency Selection (SKB) interviews and/or teaching practice tests (microteaching). Previously, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemdikbudristek) held a Field Competency Selection (SKB) for the CPNS Computer Based Test (CBT) from Saturday to Sunday (4-5/12/2021).  Eva Nurmarini, S. Hut., MP. as the 2nd Deputy Director for personnel and finance as well as the head of this activity said that in accepting this CPNS, participants will go through 3 stages, namely administrative selection, basic competency selection (SKD) and field competency selection (SKB).

Field Competency Selection is a stage that must be passed by CPNS selection participants after passing the Basic Competency Selection stage. The SKD has been carried out at Mulawarman University, Jalan Kuaro, Samarinda City on 4 - 5 December 2021 and the SKB which consists of interview tests and microteaching is a continuation of these stages which have also been held on 8 - 10 December 2021. These stages are part of the procurement of CPNS this year according to the needs of each satker. The provisions for the 2021 CPNS graduation are determined based on the final results of the SKD and SKB scores. The weight of the final result consists of the SKD weight of 40 percent and the SKB weight of 60 percent.  The SKB test is the most decisive test because it is hoped that CASN who pass will have quality and competence in their field, have good character, and have the ability to serve. Participants come from various regions in Indonesia such as Java, Sulawesi, Kalimantan, and in this mechanism for accepting prospective civil servants, all committee members must work professionally and uphold integrity as a committee. added

The first day is verification, interviews, for all participants as many as 44 people, consisting of 38 lecturers and 6 administrative people. Participants who can take part in the SKB interview and/or microteaching activities are participants whose names are registered on the date and test session that have been determined by completing and showing all the required documents.
Then on the second day, microteaching or teaching tests were conducted for lecturers, to explore communication skills and analytical thinking skills with a team of interviewers and assessors as follows; Dr. Ir.
