Muhammad Ardi Putra, better known as Ardy, a student of the Software Engineering Technology Study Program, Department of Engineering and Informatics at the Samarinda State Agricultural Polytechnic, succeeded in creating an interesting application in the form of learning games for children with special needs (autism).
Ardi was born as a child with special needs (ABK), feeling concerned and wanting to help other children who were born the same, Ardi was moved to help these ABK continue to learn, train brain sharpness by creating interesting and fun learning game applications. then formulate it into an Interactive Multimedia application as visual therapy, play, equipped with music that is certainly fun for autistic children, namely the "Fun Education Autism" Game. This application was launched at the Samarinda City Education Office, present at the event were Ardi's parents, the Head of the Samarinda City Education Office, Dr. H. Asli Nuryadin, Director of Politani Samarinda Hamka, S.TP., M.Sc., MP, Head of the Department of Communication and Information Dr. Aji Syarif Hidayattulah, S.Sos, M.Psi and Head of the Disability Center Muhammad Gafur, S.Sos.
The Head of the Samarinda City Education Office, Asli Nuryadin in his speech expressed his extraordinary appreciation to Ardi for creating a very useful application not only for autistic children but also fun learning for early childhood, although this application is still simple at this time but we have to see ready to make it, Ardi is a child with special needs but has enthusiasm, high concentration and extraordinary abilities that beat normal children in general, with the presence of this application can make Ardi's name, parents, campus, the Education Office and even the City Government proud. he said.
Meanwhile, the Director of Politani, Hamka, who was also present with Deputy Director III, Ardi's supervisor and the Head of Public Relations, felt proud, touched and greatly appreciated what Ardi had done, by creating extraordinary innovations that parents with children had been waiting for. with special needs, as well as thanks to the Samarinda City Education Office for accepting students to do industrial internships, as well as to Ardi's parents. who has entrusted his education at Politani Samarinda, Hamka hopes that Ardi will continue to develop his work so that autistic children at the junior high and high school level can also use this application.
Ardi in his presentation said that the games made were displayed in an attractive, easy to understand and fun way, the learning display was also interesting, this application was also able to train thinking, train brain sharpness to remember an object / object with the same appearance as the original so as to increase children's imagination , this game can also train concentration, and accuracy, so that children with special needs are comfortable in learning, giving a fun effect especially when a child can answer questions that arise in the game, he explained.

"The application was created starting with the aim of helping autistic children to learn easily, fun and more interestingly, the game of guessing animals, colors, shapes, and sounds is an important element that is considered during application development.
