Inauguration of Head of Department, Secretary and Head of Units in Politani Samarinda

Director of the Samarinda State Agricultural Polytechnic, Hamka S.TP., M.Sc., MP., took the oath and inaugurated the Head of the Department, Secretary of the Department and Head of the Center for the period 2021-2023. The inauguration was held in the Senate meeting room on the 3rd floor of the Samarinda Politani Headquarters. The inauguration, which continues to prioritize health protocols, went smoothly, there were 4 Heads of Departments and Department Secretaries and 2 Heads of Centers at the Samarinda Politani who were sworn in today, Friday (24/9/2021). The inauguration ceremony was also attended by Deputy Directors I, II, III, and IV, Head of Study Programs, Functional Officers, Personnel Staff, Head of Public Relations Unit and Clergy.

Director's Decree Number: 314/PL21/KP/2021 concerning the Appointment of the Head of the Center for Research and Community Service and the Head of the Center for Learning Development and Quality Assurance, Director's Decree Number: 329/PL21/KP/2021, concerning the Appointment of the Chair and Secretary of the Plantation Department and the Department Forest Product Technology, as well as the Director's Decree Number: 334/PL21/KP/2021 concerning the Appointment of the Chair and Secretary of the Department of Forest Management and the Department of Engineering and Informatics at the State Agricultural Polytechnic of Samarinda for the period 2021-2023 became the legal basis for the implementation of the inauguration.

The Heads and Secretaries of the Departments, and the Heads of the Centers who are appointed are:

In his remarks, Hamka as the Director of the Samarinda State Agricultural Polytechnic congratulated the Acting Heads of the Departments, the Secretary of the Departments and the Head of the Center who had just been sworn in. “This is part of career development as well as part of reforming and strengthening the organization and governance of the Samarinda Politani, which of course we hope for efficiency and effectiveness in carrying out services that are in line with bureaucratic reform. Hamka hopes that the new department heads and department secretaries can move together with all parties, both lecturers, employees and students to advance their respective departments and study programs by continuing to work hard in order to improve study program accreditation and raise the ranking to VERY GOOD, adding new study programs to make improvements. -improvement, and strengthening promotions to add new students. Likewise for the Head of the Center must strive to raise even better standards. Hopefully we can carry out and carry out the duties and responsibilities according to the mandated position as well as possible, we are strong because we are together, cooperate, and work together.
