5 Optimum 4,50
Perfect results in the assessment have a score of 5, but the most common score found by the Inspectorate General from each institution evaluated ranges from a score of 3 to 4. This indicates that the supervisory system at the Samarinda Politani already exists and is running well even though there are still deficiencies in terms of regulations/SOPs which documentation/supporting documents/minutes for each activity/meeting are not yet fully available, including that the supervisory function carried out by SPI is not optimal.

With the results of this score, efforts will be made to improve every year and improve all deficiencies in order to get a good score in the future. In the exit meeting, the director expressed his gratitude to all parties who have worked hard in realizing the existing supervisory system in politan (leaders and all employees), especially to SPI who has overseen and supervised non-academic matters and P4MP = SPMI has contributed to the field politicized academics. The result of this evaluation score is Politani's self-assessment of the control and supervision system for finance, BMN, academic and non-academic which is directly supervised by the Inspectorate General.

This high evaluation score is also due to Politani's compliance in implementing a financial system that is accountable, efficient, transparent and effective in every activity and reporting. Fulfillment of the director's KPI (key performance indicator) also influences the achievement of a score of 3.8 where the achievement target produces a high score. (Humas/AL/NY).
