Based on the Announcement of the Samarinda State Agricultural Polytechnic Senate number. 021/A/SN.Politani.Smd/V/2026 dated 19 May 2026 as well as senate regulation number 01 of 2026 concerning methods for selecting the director of the Samarinda State Agricultural Polytechnic for the period 2026 – 2030 article 9 paragraph (2) which states that "The administrative selection stage produces at least 4 (four) potential director candidates and paragraph (3) which states that "In the case of the administrative selection stage as referred to in paragraph (2) is not fulfilled, the selection time will be extended." So, to fulfill the provisions referred to, the time for registration and submission of complete documents for Director Candidates will be extended. The extension of the registration
