This program is designed to provide real work experience and structured training to fresh graduates and students in the agribusiness and food industry:
- Internship Duration: 4 months
- Location: All of our operational plantations (Sumatra, Kalimantan, Papua)
- Target Participants: Fresh graduates and active students of at least semester 7 from the Faculty/Prodi of Agriculture (Agronomy, Soil Science, Agricultural Technology), Forestry, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Mechanical/Automotive Engineering and Accounting
- Benefits: Accommodation, transportation, pocket money and direct learning from industry professionals
