The Research and Community Service Institute (P2M) Politani Samarinda held a seminar on research results for lecturers who received PNBP funding assistance which was held on Tuesday, December 21, 2021, located in the meeting room on the 3rd floor of Politani Samarinda, East Kalimantan.
The purpose of the implementation of this results seminar is to provide information about the achievements or results of research conducted by lecturers as researchers, as well as to obtain input for improvement and can be applied in further research. On that occasion, at least 11 lecturers were given a schedule in parallel to present the results of their research. a variety of interesting topics in the fields of food processing, cultivation, the environment and land mapping. This activity was opened directly by the Director of Politani Samarinda, Hamka, S.TP., M.Sc., M.P. Also attending the event were: Deputy Director I Dr. Heriad Daud Salusu, S.Hut.,MP. Deputy Director III Husmul Beze, S.Hut.,M.Kom. Head of P2M as well as chief executive Dr. Rudito, S.TP., M.P. Head of Public Relations and Head of Department and Head of Study Program in Politani Samarinda.
In his speech, the Chief Executive as well as the Head of P2M Dr. Rudito, S.TP., M.P., explained that this seminar is a routine P2M activity to monitor the quality of lecturers' research results at Politani Samarinda. "This activity is an effort to share knowledge or share research results, add experience, add insight and it is hoped that it will improve the quality of research". he stressed the Director of Samarinda State Agricultural Polytechnic Hamka S.TP., M.Sc., MP., on the opportunity to open the seminar on the results of the research, expressed his gratitude and appreciation for P2M and the team in it who have worked hard to carry out this seminar. "Seminars like this are something that must be done by lecturers, so that they can increase the capacity of a lecturer. Hopefully this activity can be a means of developing lecturers' abilities and in the future more lecturers will receive research grants," and it is hoped that this seminar can motivate lecturers or researchers in collaborating with other colleagues and conducting collaborative research. he concluded.
On the same occasion, P2M also distributed textbooks and reference books written by lecturers who received a book writing grant printed by P2M Politani's Tanesa Publisher.
